Really enjoyed this place, it was pleasant. I had budget, cheap room complete with the hot water did n't work as well as bowling green. I had breakfast in the bar and everything was well presented.

The venue is fairly clean, with marvellous location near main beach, pier & town centre as well as landscaped gardens-somewhere the older generation could relax and enjoy a cream tea and childern could play in. The rooms are impeccably clean with baths.
